Executed with full lifecycle responsibility—from 3D design and simulation to PLC programming and on-site commissioning. Notable implementations include fully automated assembly lines for ORVM systems at Tata Ficosa, 10-station Rotomat assembly systems with ultrasonic welding for Varsa Plastic Industries, and high-volume wheel assembly lines for Hotwheels toy manufacturing integrating IPC, OPC, and multi-gauge inspection systems.
Custom-engineered machines for specialized manufacturing processes
KSRA designs and manufactures high-precision Special Purpose Machines including ultrasonic welding systems, leak testing equipment, crimping machines, adhesive dispensing systems, and automated inspection stations. With over 500 fixtures and 200 relation gauges developed, we guarantee precision and repeatability.
Our SPM portfolio also includes hot plate welding machines for automotive components, ultrasonic assembly systems for toys and plastic parts, crimping machines for gear shifter cables, and vision-based laser marking poka-yoke systems integrating Desoutter tools, Baumer vision systems, and Forbes lasers.
